RAN 2015-04-24 Orgelvreten_ 33a wmTwo Hammond-devils and a hell of a rhythm section, that’s the Dutch band Orgel Vreten (Organ Eating). The band played on April 25th in the venue Het Bolwerk in Sneek (sounds like “snake”), a town in the north of The Netherlands. Orgel Vreten is very popular in Holland, because of their show and instrumental acrobatics. The band makes a habit of including show guests for a couple of songs, which even adds to the fun. This time the guests were Marcel Veenendaal, singer of the well-known Dutch rock band Di-rect, and the popular author Dennis Gaens who recited some poems.  For this reason, each Orgel Vreten show is spontaneous and unique.  And Saturday’s show was no exception!

Please check out Orgel Vreten’s music videos and the photo gallery below:

Orgel Vreten is: Thijs Schrijnemakers (Hammond organ), Darius Timmer (Hammond organ), Wouter Rentema (drums), Jan Teertstra (bass)
