JOANovARC

ROCK AT NIGHT always supports Women in Rock so we might be a little biased but JOANovARC’s self-titled album totally rocks! JOANovARC consists of four fiery women that know how to compose a rock song—and deliver them in full force.  The album features 11 powerful songs which can easily be rock anthems.  “Slipping Away” shows grunge influences while “People Coming Up” and Take It Out” are upbeat and danceable. Stand-outs include “Burning” and “This Way” with their “in your face” delivery and heavy guitar shredding and blues-rock vibe. JOANovARC has it going on!

Bass and vocals: Samantha Walker; Lead guitar and backing vocals: Shelly Walker; Rhythm guitar and vocals: Laura Ozholl; and Drum: Deborah Wildish.
