More than 300000 views on YouTube in 2 days! The guitar legend Jeff BECK new collaboration with Johnny DEPP began last year when they recorded this song. Isolation, cover of John Lennon’s Plastic Ono Band Classic, has been unveiled in a more bluesy version.
Beck and Depp didn’t except to release it so soon but thought it was the right moment to give people some encouragement in these hard times. Johnny DEPP, first time ever on social media, announced it yesterday as he opened an account on Instagram. After being back on stage with HOLLYWOOD VAMPIRES with Alice COOPER and Joe PERRY,
Johnny DEPP joined Jeff BECK with his longtime collaborators Vinnie Colaiuta on drums and Rhonda Smith on bass on this new project.
The lineup with Beck on guitar and Depp on vocals performed the song already at Eric Clapton’s Crossroads Guitar Festival last year. This new and quite unexpected collaboration is really promising and more tracks are to be released in the future.

Working for magazine, a few years ago, l met José Oliveira! We were working at the same festival in Colmar. 2 people from the South with the same passion just recognized each other...and we stayed in contact since then. Here I am!
