Lamont is from Camden, NJ., where he began his musical journey by playing the saxophone and attending The University of the Arts and then moving to NYC and transferring to Manhattan School of Music, where he learned vocals, guitar, bass, drums and piano.

Caldwell has toured with artists such as Dave Mathews Band, Kirk Franklin, Bilal, Jay-Z and The Legendary Roots Crew of The Tonight Show staring Jimmy Fallon fame. While with MACH22, he opened for Slash, Guns ‘n Roses, Steel Panther, Michael Schenker, Brian Lynch and even Bon Jovi. Now, Caldwell is venturing out with his solo project, releasing some of his best work.
