New Single Release: “Yesterday”

Red Reign is releasing their powerful single “Yesterday.” The band hails from Richmond, Virginia and is known for their hard-driving, heavy metal, hard rock anthems. Red Reign is Carlton “Bubba” McMichael on vocals and guitar, Sammy Lee on drums, Larry Moore on bass and Stevie Shred on guitar. They band formed in the summer of 2013, all of them joining forces to break out into the local music scene.
Lee says, ‘”Yesterday” is about a guy that finds out his wife has been lying about their relationship the whole time they were together and he is at end of his rope. Even though he still has feelings for her, he knows that staying in this relationship would eventually come to an end as he could never forgive her for what she has done. So, even though it breaks his heart, he ends the relationship and moves on, trying not to look back on, “Yesterday.”

“Yesterday” was recorded at Darth Fader Studios in Richmond, Virginia and engineered by Grant Rutledge and produced by Super Producer/Engineer Chuck Alkazian (Pop Evil, Soundgarden, Tantric) at legendary Pearl Sound Studios (Asking Alexandria, Eminem, Filter) in Canton, Michigan.
