Review: Feverjaw’s single “Midsommar”-Release date March 11, 2022
Having released their debut album, All Bets Are Off, just under a year ago, UK band Feverjaw are back at it with their latest single, “Midsommar.”
Rock at Night Says: Led by the crunchy, guitar riffage of Dale Hawkins, “Midsommar” screams classic alt-rock, largely because of the paradoxical nature of the song. This is a composition that is equal parts gritty and delicate, murky and colorful, high-octane and laid back. Such contradictions would normally make for a maddening tune, but Feverjaw manage to chart a path through this sea of confusion to create something masterful and memorable. A sure sign for what the rest of their upcoming EP will offer.

Feverjaw’s new EP, Casual Abrasive, will be out for release on April 1, 2022 through SWD records.
