Live Review: Judas Priestess at The Stone Pony, Asbury Park, NJ with support by Metal Life Crisis and Tilted-March 4, 2022
Judas Priestess usually makes their annual showing at The Stone Pony every year but due to the pandemic that didn’t happen for the last couple of years. This past weekend they finally got back to doing what they are great at, bringing the music of Judas Priest to their fans. Lead by Militia Vox on vocals they are a powerhouse across the nation.
Tilted opened up the show a very respected band on the local scene. Steve Cavico lead guitarist dedicated their set to his dad who just recently had passed away. In his dad’s honor Steve wore his dad’s favorite hat on stage. Tilted is an awesome band and a great bunch of guys who I have worked for for a number of years now.
Metal Life Crisis was direct support for Judas Priestess and is another extremely well-respected band on the local scene. You can usually look out into the crowd and see a sea of Metal Life Crisis shirts and hats from their dedicated fans. Metal Life Crisis is another band I have had the pleasure of supporting as well as work for over the years.
My passion for music has led me to become a major professional music/concert photographer here in New Jersey. My heart is in the local scene but I am known for photographing the biggest and the smallest of bands from Kiss at MSG to three bands I never heard of in a basement. I have been married for 35 years and have two kids 25 and 21 both are incredibly artistic. I was a born artist all my life, photography just became another creative outlet for me.
