MY REVIEW
Get ready to take a time machine and travel back to the 2000s era with ELIZA & THE DELUSIONALS new album NOW AND THEN. The 12-track album is filled with a Y2K nostalgic sound and fashion trends (as seen in their recent music videos listed below), that is making a HUGE comeback right now! “Save Me” was co-written by song writer and producer Keith Harris (Madonna, Black Eyed Peas). The track is about the complications and confusion about being in a relationship followed by shimmery guitar sounds and an indie pop vibe that screams nostalgia. I also enjoyed the “Give You Everything” music video where the creative design and aesthetic was inspired by one of my favorite television shows growing up- LIZZIE MCGUIRE! Overall, my favorite songs off NOW AND THEN are “Get A Hold Of You” and “Bed Song”.
I think it’s safe to say the 2000s fad is back and here to stay for a while… and Rock At Night is all about it!
