ROCK AT NIGHT PREMIERE – Los Angeles band Crandelion’s single ‘Dreams’
Rock At Night says: Crandelion’s single “Dreams” is understated with mostly acoustic guitars and a voice–no percussion except for palm muting of the guitar strings. The melody is airy, charming, and dreamlike as Miller states, “I don’t feel like waking up.” Accompaniment by a trumpet and flute adds a nostalgic, almost 70s vibe–much to our liking. In the vein of Eagle-Eye Cherry (“Falling In Love Again”) the song feels romantic, heartfelt, and modern. Pour a glass of wine, kick back, and escape with “Dreams”.

A little more background info 🙂
Chicago-raised and L.A.-based musician and songwriter David Miller first picked up the guitar when he was eight years old and, as a teen, started flying to Los Angeles to hang out with his good friend (and now producer) Danny Shyman. Shyman took interest in Miller’s music and decided that they should work together. Four songs and one year later, Miller decided to move to Los Angeles; that was April 15, 2021.
Shyman introduced Miller to L.A.’s diverse indie music community, including Republic Records artist BabyJake. Miller will be opening for BabyJake on tour this year and will also playing guitar in his band. BabyJake’s tour will touch down for sets at Lollapalooza in Chicago, Mercury Lounge in NYC and The Echo in Los Angeles.
