Live Review: Morningside Lane, Natalie Farrell, and Stolen Gin – Asbury Lanes-July 15, 2022
Morningside Lane headlined Asbury Lanes recently with Natalie Farrell and Stolen Gin as support. It was three great bands together on one night in one of the coolest venues in town.
Morningside Lane has a new single out “Ray of Light” that can be found on all streaming platforms. The band was formed in 2009 by Marc Del Giudice in New Jersey. I have seen Morningside Lane perform numerous times over the years and they never disappoint. They recently added a keyboardist and are presently recording new music that gears towards a more 80’s synth/pop sound.
Natalie Farrell and her band opened up for Morningside Lane and did she WOW everyone with her stunning voice and amazing stage presence. Natalie is definitely a performer that will leave your jaw dropping.
Stolen Gin opened up the show with a bang right out of the box. Incredibly cool vibes that matched well with a hot summer night. looking forward to seeing them a lot more in the near future.
Asbury Lanes has been putting on some great local shows. They are a national act venue but do a great job supporting the local bands as well.
My passion for music has led me to become a major professional music/concert photographer here in New Jersey. My heart is in the local scene but I am known for photographing the biggest and the smallest of bands from Kiss at MSG to three bands I never heard of in a basement. I have been married for 35 years and have two kids 25 and 21 both are incredibly artistic. I was a born artist all my life, photography just became another creative outlet for me.
