Live Review: Frankie and the Witch Fingers – Hooch & Hive, Tampa – October 22, 2022

Hooch and Hive was buzzing this Saturday with a wicked lineup of Liquid Pennies, Kairos Creature Club, and Frankie and the Witch Fingers. Both openers had incredible vibes and unique energies, really gearing up the crowd. Frankie and the Witch Fingers absolutely tore the house down with their intense riffs, fantastic keys, and old static radio vocals.
The second the heavy vibrations burst from the amplifiers, waves of bodies began to move rhythmically. As expected, this show was inundated with mosh pits, crowd-surfing, and funky moves. Tampa showed up and showed out for this one!
Frankie and the Witch Fingers put Tampa in a head-banging, body-thrashing trance. What an unforgettable and energetic show that felt so close in an intimate venue. FATWF is not to be missed!
