Review: Cage the Elephant’s single ” Neon Pill” – Release date: January 19, 2024
If there is a band out there who knows how the hit the right nerve with the audience it is Cage The Elephant. After all, their album ‘Social Cues’ won Best Rock album at the 2019 GRAMMY Awards. Five years on, and the band are back with a new single titled ‘Neon Pill.’
Working on the music scene from 2006 with five albums under their belt and a number of singles and selling over 2.7 million records certainly helps in creating another song that will go high, again.
Brothers Schultz (Matt, vocals and Brad, rhythm guitar) along with Daniel Tichenor (bass), Jared Champion (drums), Nick Bockrath (lead guitar) and Matthan Minster (guitar, keyboards, backing vocals) surely know how to craft a great melody and set it in, this time around, subtle arrangement that puts forward the best Cage The Elephant can offer.
