EXCLUSIVE PREMIERE of the SNAPCAT BANDITS’ Single “Nothing To Prove”- Worldwide Release Date – January 24, 2025
Rock At Night is proud to premiere the new video for the Detroit duo SNAPCAT BANDITS’ single “Nothing to Prove.” The band, formed in 2023, consists of Mike Krupinski (guitar, bass, vocals) and Melanie D. Marshall (drums). Rock At Night interviewed them in August 2024 before the release of their single “September Rain.” Both singles are from the forthcoming EP, Anything and Nothing.
Rock At Night: “Nothing to Prove” may be our favorite tune from the upcoming EP, Anything and Nothing. We are digging the heavy, grungy 90s vibe with hooky choruses that stay in your head long after the song is over. The verses blend jangly guitars and vocals into pure psychedelia until the chorus erupts into a wave of aggressive guitar distortion. The vocals are melodic and emotional, as the vocalist declares, “I have nothing to prove to myself or anybody else.”
