Blondie and Garbage in Orlando: Debbie Harry and Shirley Manson mesmerize the audience

Shirley Manson of Garbage

Both Shirley Manson of Garbage and Debbie Harry of Blondie have been relevant and influential women in the world of alternative rock for many years. Although you wont typically hear them on mainstream radio, both are quite well known by their droves of die hard fans. Last Tuesday Blondie and Garbage brought their co-headlining tour, Rage and Rapture to Hard Rock Live in Orlando. Each commanded the stage and thrilled the sold out crowd with all their greatest hits.

Garbage hit the stage after the female California duo Deap Vally got the crowd warmed up. For about 75 minutes Shirley Manson completely enthralled the crowed with a 15 song set. Blondie, who is on tour in support of their latest album Pollinator, kept the fans singing along throughout her 14 song 85 minute set.
