BALOISE SESSION wins Marketing Trophy 2019

A huge honour for the BALOISE SESSION: Yesterday afternoon, 12 March 2019, the Swiss music festival won the Marketing Trophy in the “Special Prize” category. Every year on Marketing Tag, the most innovative and successful marketing ideas in Switzerland are awarded prizes.

The 14 members of the jury chose the winner for the following reasons: The BALOISE SESSION is unique due to the limited audience numbers, the exclusive club-like setting, and superstars on the national and international concert arena. The presenting sponsorship with Basler Versicherungen is also unique in the cultural domain. In a tough and declining market, the 100 percent sell-out rate cannot be beaten. Among artistes, international agents and visitors, this festival enjoys an unreservedly excellent reputation, which, thanks to TV broadcasting and streaming of the concerts in more than 140 countries on five continents, has spread throughout the world».

The 34th BALOISE SESSION will be held from 12 to 31 October 2019. This year’s line-up will be published on 21 August. Advance tickets sales start on 28 August.
