Callahan’s Bar and Grill in Auburn Hills, MI was host for Waterford, Michigan’s own Dirty Basement Blues, as they the officially released their first live album Live at Callahan’s. This album was originally recorded at Callahan’s Bar and Grill earlier this year and it was fitting to have CD release party here.
Dirty Basement Blues (DBB) was originally formed in 2012 and their current members include Mike Conley, Bryan Miller, Frank Grimaldi, Bete Zajicek and Joe Stanley. Their style of genre is Blues / Rock and the band is currently Rock At Night’s band of the month.
Opening up for Dirty Basement Blues was special guest The Wise Wersea. Wise Wersea is a Michigan based band and was formed in the Fall of 2013. According to their website the founding members include Derek A. Young (Vocalist / Organ), Ari Teitel (Vocalist / Guitar), Ryan McMahon (Drums) and Duncan Tarr (Bass). Their Genre is Rock and Soul, Rhythm and Blues, and Gospel.
